What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Welcome!! I'm thrilled to have you here and can't wait to help bring your hair dreams to life! Feel free to explore the various appointment options available—there's a dedicated page for Color services and another for Extensions. Once you find what you're looking for, you can easily head to my online booking page to schedule your appointment right away! If you have any questions or concerns, there's a space for you to leave a note, and I'll be notified as soon as your appointment is booked. Rest assured, I'll get back to you as soon as possible! The Appointment
I operate from my cozy in-home salon, and I understand that it might feel a bit daunting to just "walk right in." But please know that during business hours, you are more than welcome! You can park in the driveway and simply enter through the front door. My salon is located directly to the left as you step inside—you really can't miss it! If you notice the barn door is closed, don't hesitate to open it and come on in.
We'll start with a brief in-person consultation to discuss our plan and set the stage for your transformation. I'll also share my best recommendations for home care and products, and I'll be here to help you style your fabulous new look! Looking forward to seeing you soon!
After Goodbye
After our appointment, I'll provide you with all my recommendations to help you achieve your new look at home. Within the next 7 days, I'll follow up to ensure you're satisfied with everything and to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. Your happiness is my priority, and I'm here to support you every step of the way!
